Order Support
Where can I find my order details?
After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. You can also check your order history in your Inov-ae account (if you created one).
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email.
Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us at Support@inov-ae.com and we will confirm your order status.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on the product and destination. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and during checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. If you don’t receive tracking info within a few days, contact us.
My order is delayed. What should I do?
Shipping delays can happen due to customs, high demand, or carrier issues. If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, please reach out and we’ll investigate.
My package says “delivered” but I don’t have it.
Please check with neighbors, your building reception, or a safe place around your address. If it still can’t be found after 48 hours, contact us.

How do I request a return?
Email us at Support@inov-ae.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item (or after approval if no return is required). Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders faster and manage your details easily.

Product & Marketplace Support
A product arrived damaged or defective.
Please send clear photos of the item and packaging to Support@inov-ae.com. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
The product I received is not what I ordered.
Contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will correct the issue quickly.
